This preview is for The North Face’s Endurance Challenge 50K in Sausalito this December.
The course is sweeping and highlights quintessential trails of Marin including Pirate’s Cove, Muir Woods, and much of the Headlands. For 2009, the Dias Ridge section, closed. Instead the route will now go back to Muir Beach then up the Coastal Fire Road and descend down into Tennessee Valley via the Fox (gnarley).
